Within the framework of the protocol signed between Kazakhstan Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Al-Farabi Kazakh National University) and Gazi University Institute of Educational Sciences, 9 students doing master's degree in chemistry education in Kazakhstan between 14.03.2022 and 25.03.2022, Gazi Education Faculty Chemistry Education Main In the Department of Science; Director of the Institute of Educational Sciences Prof. Dr. Yücel Gelişli, Head of the Department of Chemistry Education Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Akkuş and Prof. Dr. They participated in training, research and examination activities under the responsibility of Nusret Kavak.
In the training program; steps to be followed in scientific research, literature review, scientific research and ethics, thesis and article writing stages, the knowledge structure of chemistry and meaningful learning, the importance and use of information and communication technologies in chemistry, pedagogical content knowledge, STEM, model design, teaching methods and techniques used in chemistry teaching has been focused. Participants attended classes with undergraduate and graduate students. The training program ended with the presentation of certificates of participation to the participants on 25.03.2022.
